Customsで出荷メモを見つけ入手する

Closer to the peopleの目的は、Customsで配達クルーの出荷メモを回収すること。出荷メモはリワーク後に解放された新建設側の工場内にあり、下記の画像の扉から入ったすぐ右にあるロッカー部屋で回収できる。いくつかスポーン地点があるため、下記のスポーン場所の画像を参考に探すのがおすすめ。
